Elizabeth Perez, Co-Founder & CEO
Elizabeth Perez is an enrolled citizen of the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians and a U.S. Navy veteran. She was inducted into California’s Clean Energy Hall of Fame in 2024, has been recognized by two White House administrations, and previously served as a California Deputy Secretary.
She is an active national speaker on tribal energy, federal contracting, and women in clean energy — and the driving force behind NESCO’s commitment to tribal self-determination. For the Nations NESCO serves, her credibility and lived experience are exactly what tribal councils look for in a partner.
